Yoga Teacher Training
This fall, I will hold a 200 hour yoga teacher training. If you have been looking to deepen your yoga practice and have been wanting to share the beautiful gifts yoga has given you to others, now is your time!
Natana (Brianne) has spent 4 years developing this very special teacher training. The training is based heavily in creativity and unique instruction.
She also holds her bachelors degree in Kinesiology. This is super special for the training because you actually get to learn how the body functions and moves which will in turn help you to guide a physically and energetically effective class.
In this training, you will not only become certified , but you will also become YOU.

Meet Our Guest Speakers:
Nutrition of Yoga
All life on this planet is dependent on the sun and its energy. Plants utilize its rays to create food, and when we eat food grown directly from the sun we provide ourselves with nourishment that is unmatched by any other food source. Alli is a certified Health Coach and Yoga Instructor and will be a guest speaker at Gawea Yoga’s Teacher Training this fall. She will be discussing the relationship between food and yoga and how to eat in a way that is supportive of your health, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Develop a better understanding of your own unique body and discover a holistic approach to health so that your diet, lifestyle and yoga practice can work together synergistically to promote optimum well-being and happiness.
“The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well. Our food should be our medicine. Our medicine should be our food.”
