Tina is a single mother of 2 & has a full time job in Human Resources. She is living the dream (insert small chuckle here) of balancing her Faith, Family, & Health. Tina has a passion for clean eating & has taken it beyond diet & is incorporating it into an entire lifestyle for her & her family. She is enthusiastic to share this with friends as well and is helping to bring others to a natural authentic way of life.
Having a long history with fitness, she added yoga 4 years ago to her regimen of running & weight lifting. Her interest in yoga soared when she found that it was starting to improve & increase the performance in the other areas of her fitness. That’s when she decided to dive deeper into the practice and learn of all the other benefits that can be gained from it, physically & mentally. Yoga is truly an all-encompassing practice of bringing the mind, body, & spirit together with breath & movement to create strength, agility, peace, & harmony to our life.
She is now hoping to take both her interests of nutrition & yoga to the next level and to someday help others to succeed in their own goals of living a healthier lifestyle.
