"What you seek is seeking YOU!"
Yoga is more than touching nose to knee in a forward fold. Yoga is more than posting the perfect pose on social media. Yoga is more than just sweating through physical movement on the mat. Yoga is a lifestyle. It's not about the destination in the posture, it's the journey, and what you learn about your Self through that journey. This is YOUR yoga practice.
Practicing with Taylor you will experience a care-free, relaxed atmosphere – allowing you to feel at home and comfortable. You will learn to dive deeper into your practice, taking your practice deeper than just the physical level. You will leave each class feeling more in tune with your Self on a physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual level. You will learn to release and let go of what no longer serves you – creating more space.
Yoga teaches us about how we perceive the world around us, and within us. When life gets uncomfortable, yoga teaches us if we sit in stillness and silence and focus on the breath, the uncomfortable moments pass. Yoga is a tool for healing. This is what led Taylor to yoga and meditation at a young age. Growing up with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, Taylor found how powerful and profoundly healing yoga was - physically, mentally, emotionally and most of all spiritually. Through this journey, Taylor wanted to share her experiences and transformation with others.
Taylor believes in teaching from the heart. To create a safe, sacred space in a judgement-free zone for those to come sit, breathe, move, feel and heal. She believes life isn't only black and white - that it's pink, blue, green, purple, yellow, orange, red with a little sparkle in-between. This shows in her classes and teaching style. She believes laughter is medicine, and creates a playful atmosphere with lots of smiles. Her classes focus on pranayama and meditation which will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Each class will begin with setting an intention for your practice, and each class will end with meditation.
