In Sanskrit, yoga means "to yoke" or "to join;" it can help bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. In my practice, it is Kerry's goal for you to experience peace, relaxation, and wellness by taking you on a journey of asanas (postures), breathing, meditation, and music. It is Kerry's hope that your practice will benefit you both on and off the mat.

Kerry has been a practicing veterinarian since 1998. She first became interested in yoga in 2002, doing yoga videos at home on occasion. During her pregnancy in 2001  (when she could no longer do strenuous gym workouts) she began a more committed practice, which only grew over time. Her yoga practice not only allowed her to continue to exercise during this time, but brought a newfound calm to her otherwise often hectic life. She completed her training at Gawea Yoga in February 2017.

Kerry enjoys spending quality time with her fiance BJ and their wonderful daughter, Violet. In addition to yoga, she enjoys camping, reading, doing home improvements, and traveling-especially to Door County, WI.
