Join me for a nourishing day of Yoga On The River . This Yoga Day Retreat is the perfect opportunity to give yourself a much needed break. Surround yourself in nature and enjoy the calming effects of the river. Give yourself an opportunity to blossom in the direction you want your life to go.

10:30-11:00 am check in and intention setting
11:00-12:00p Yoga on the river
12:00-12:30p Snack
12:30-1:30p Nature River Walk
1:30-3:00p Lunch
3:00-3:30p Visual Guided Meditation ( this will be extra special as we will be viewing the meditation in a Private Home Theater!)
3:30-4:30p Restorative Relaxation
4:30- 5:00 p Closing Circle

Investment: $125 when registered by August 20th... $150 after 8/20
