Class Descriptions

Beginners Yoga is 6 week series lead by an experienced and highly trained yoga instructor. They will lead you through your first yoga experience. This class will take out the fear and frustration often experienced by brand new practitioners. This practice will encourage the link between mindful body movement and the breath.  For out next series, please click HERE

Slow Yoga will practice at a slower pace. Slow Yoga will allow you to build strength and  hold poses longer to allow the mind to slow down. A breath-centered class that combines meditative movements, strong posturing and deeply healing restoration. When you take time to slow down in your practice, you can begin to explore deeper contemplation.  There will be slower moving transitions from one sequence to the next.  (suggested recently taken beginners yoga series)

Flow Yoga explores your playful side in your practice.Find your body dancing from one posture to another with minimal effort in transition. This practice gives you the opportunity to lose yourself in a moving meditation. Experience the freedom when you allow your body and mind to let go. (overall 6 months of recent practice. suggested recently taken  2 yoga for beginners series & slow yoga for 3 months)

Slow Yoga with Restorative will be led just like a slow yoga class but then ends in 15 minutes of pure bliss with restorative relaxation. (suggested 2 months experince)
